Register for membership as DNK member
To maintain DNK’s Extended Cyber Cover from 1 January 2026, all DNK Members must enroll their vessels with NORMA Cyber.
Membership provides access to dedicated maritime cybersecurity services and ensures compliance with DNK’s cyber requirements.
NORMA Cyber is the Nordic Maritime Cyber Resilience Centre – a non-profit organisation jointly founded by DNK and the Norwegian Shipowners’ Association. The centre delivers centralised cybersecurity services tailored to the maritime sector and supports Members in responding to cyber threats affecting vessel IT, OT, and onshore operations.
By registering your company and vessels with NORMA Cyber, you will:
✅ Maintain eligibility for Extended Cyber Cover under the DNK Policy
✅ Qualify to purchase Additional Cyber Cover for onshore cyber risks
✅ Gain access to NORMA Cyber’s maritime-specific services:
24/7 incident and crisis response
Real-time threat intelligence and monthly threat reports
External monitoring and dark web surveillance
OT vulnerability alerts and mitigation advice
Participation in cyber exercises and training
Access to the NORMA Member Portal and network
Membership fees from 1 January 2026 (USD)
Membership fee for shipping companies:
USD 1 600 per vessel per year
Maximum fee is calculated based on 20 vessels: USD 32 000 per fleet per year
Prices for vessels with value below USD 150 Mill:
For vessels with an insured value below USD 150 Mill: USD 800 per vessel per year
Cap fee is set to USD 16 000 per fleet per year
For vessels with an insured value below USD 15 Mill USD 400 per vessel per year
Cap fee is set to USD 8 000 per fleet per year
For fleets of vessels the cap amount is calculated based on the 20 most valuable vessels
Price for companies with annual global revenue above USD 100 Mill (regardless of number of
vessels): USD 32 000
A 15% Loss Prevention Contribution is given as a discount from DNK to all its members in 2026
