NORMA Cyber Webinar: IMO 2021 Cyber Resolution and Practical Implications for ISM Audits

We are hosting a Webinar on IMO 2021 Cyber Resolution (MSC.428(98)) and practical implications for handling Cyber Security “in accordance with the objectives and functional requirements of the ISM Code» on Wednesday 15 September 2021 at 10:00 CEST.

It’s been eight months since the Resolution came into play and we are getting feedback that it could be a challenge to know how to handle the IMO decision and know how to practically and effectively handle cyber security through the Safety Management Systems.

We have invited the Norwegian Maritime Authority and DNV to provide an overview of what the Resolution and its attached Guidelines really says and how to interpret them, and also provide insight into how ISM audits are conducted with regards to Cyber Security and what the focus is during office and vessel audits. We will also aim to give you an overview of some of the experiences from ISM audits so far this year and recommendations for further work.
